Contrast

Contrast is the state of being strikingly different from something else. Have you ever felt run down, weary and in need of an escape from your mundane. We can find that contrast from our run down, weary and mundane lives in the peaceful presence of God! He is all goodness, all light, all peace, all joy and complete love! I know for me when I am in that weary place I am in need. It is then that my need for contrast points me to the true desires of my heart. These desires are to be at peace and to be delighted by God Himself! Psalm 37:4-5 ” Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.” So let us step out of our mundane with our complete faith and awareness of the God who wants to act for our good! Live in complete contrast and delight yourselves in our Good God!
