Wake Up!

“This is why it is said:

We are all searching for our purpose, a life best lived! Is this purpose all about quantity and movement? I think not! Like most of us, I have a very demanding life with limited time, which requires supernatural multitasking ability. Through my constant struggles and striving, only to fall short,  I have realized that all the movement may not be necessary. To live that purposeful life we must see past the tasks, the stuff, and all the busyness. We can find the best life, the eternal life, through our faith in Jesus. He is the life (John 14:6)! Living through Jesus and allowing His life to flow through us is how we can be intentional with our days (Psalm 90:12).  Ephesians 5:1-2, ^“Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children ² and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.”  Walking in the way of love means following the example of Jesus. So, a life best lived, not just for here and now, but for eternity,  is done through surrender! By surrendering to God we receive all of His love, His power, and His strength to live a good life with purpose and intention. The life we have been given, the eternal life, was given by God through Jesus. If you know this life, then I encourage you to live in such a way that reflects that beautiful light and life within you. In all we do, in all we say, in all we are, let us be the intentional light of Jesus Christ, expressing His love, His power, and His life! Wake up and Live!
